Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Track my return ... Order *****-******-****** Big Boss Oiless Fryer sent back, returned to post ofc *********, picked up by agent ********* where is my refund. (customer * *********).* Update July *th, I did receive an email from Groupon, that gave me no answers, didn't say they have received my return or knew anything about it just it may take two to three weeks. You have got to be kidding!! *When this is resolved with Groupon they will be off my list of go to sites!
