I contacted Carol Lewis Day Spa in Birmingham, MI to schedule an appointment for a facial I had read about. The receptionist suggested an upgraded facial for an additional $30, which I accepted. During the treatment, the esthetician recommended additional services and I agreed. While the total cost was initially high, it exceeded what I was informed about. Despite having paid a Groupon fee of $38 in advance, the spa did not apply this to my current visit as expected. They assured me that I could use the Groupon for a different facial at another time. However, the facial they recommended for my skin was not the one covered by the Groupon. Moreover, I was surprised by a $10 credit card surcharge when I settled the bill. I visited the salon with a Groupon I had purchased, but they did not honor it and were extremely rude. After waiting for 30 minutes, they spoke in a language I didn't understand, which made me uncomfortable. Despite my clear request, they tried to give me a foot massage instead of the service I paid for. As a student, I was looking forward to a relaxing spa day which turned out to be disappointing. They marked my coupon as redeemed after arguing for an hour. I am requesting a refund for both mine and my friend's massages.

My spouse and I purchased Groupons for Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, one for a daybed and the other for 2 lounge chairs with drinks. We wanted to reserve them for different days but Caesar's staff were unable to assist with honoring the Groupons. Despite trying to book by phone as indicated, we were told it could only be done online. However, the Groupon code didn't work online either. Disappointed by the process, we won't be purchasing Groupons for Caesar's in the future, feeling frustrated about the wasted money. I had some challenges with the sightseeing bus part of my Groupon experience. Several buses broke down, causing long waits. The bus I was on also broke down, making us wait in the sun on the West Side Highway. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss most of the activities included in the pass, such as the Circle Line tour. I even had to use the subway, which was an additional expense. While I can prove that I was in the city during this time, I was unable to use the Groupon after late morning based on the pass usage times. Ideally, I would appreciate a refund or credit for the Groupons that I couldn't fully enjoy.

Hello, I recently bought 10 tickets to Seaworld Orlando through Groupon, but they are not showing up in my account. I didn't receive any confirmation email, and when I tried to buy them again, I got a message saying I wasn't buying enough tickets even though I was trying to purchase 10. I attempted the purchase using my sister's account as well, but encountered the same issue. When I contacted customer support, they told me there are 10 pending tickets on each account, leaving me with a total of 20 pending tickets. I need to cancel 10 of these tickets before they are processed. Thank you.

I want to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at NorthStar California (Groupon order number [redacted]). Arriving for check-in at 10 pm on 6/22, we found the registration desk closed and no response from the number provided. Despite leaving voicemails and attempting to call, we were unable to reach anyone. After seeking help at the Welk lodge, it took until 11:45 pm to finally get the keys to our condo. The late-night ordeal with a crying infant lasted nearly two hours, going back and forth between locations. I hope to address this unpleasant situation promptly. Thank you.

I bought ten ballet classes using two vouchers, spending a total of $[redacted]. Since I'm new to using Groupon, I was unaware of the many restrictions listed in the fine print. I tried to redeem the vouchers today, the first available day, but they wouldn't accept them on a Saturday. The class schedule only offers suitable times for my daughter at 8 am on Tuesday and Wednesday, which I can't make due to being a working mom. These restrictions are making it impossible for me to use the vouchers. I am asking for a full refund to my credit card or, at least, a credit to my Groupon account for future purchases.

I am having difficulty accessing my account and changing my email. I mistakenly attempted to change my email and now I am unable to proceed or revert to my previous email. I do not wish to change my email address, I simply need to reset my password (which I will remember in the future). Recently, I ordered a Sprint Samsung S7 phone, but I received a T-Mobile S7 instead. Due to this error, I had to purchase a phone elsewhere for immediate use. I need assistance in obtaining a refund and guidance on the necessary steps to take.

I had a coupon for Rocky River Winery that I wanted to trade for one at Treehouse Winery. Despite seeking assistance, there were multiple people involved in the communication, causing me to lose the deal for Treehouse. Due to the confusion, I ended up with Rocky River again instead of Treehouse, even though I had clearly requested the exchange. In emails, I promptly requested for the swap back to Treehouse. If it is not possible to obtain the Treehouse coupon, I would like a refund for both Rocky River and Douglas vineyards. I find it frustrating to have to keep requesting changes between wineries. Hi, I bought a Groupon on March 22, [redacted], for a couples massage from "Full Circle Healing and Wellness" located at 1 East Chase Street, Baltimore, MD. Upon arriving, we were told by the concierge that the business was not in the building. Despite trying to contact them for 30 minutes with no response, we eventually found an address on their Facebook page in a questionable area. Feeling unsafe, we chose not to use the Groupon. I need to speak with a manager at Groupon. I am very frustrated with the situation. I tried contacting them via chat, but only received a partial refund for my Groupon. I do not recall using a credit for part of it. I believe that regardless of this, I should not lose the money or the credit I had on my account because the business in question has closed down and I am unable to utilize my Groupon. I would like the full $31 refunded to my account so that I can use it to purchase a different Groupon. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me.

Hello Groupon, I have been a customer for almost 2 years. My item, a bag, ordered on June 8th or 7th with a two-day shipping promise was supposed to be delivered on June 11th, but it's still showing as "on delivery" on your website. I have not received any updates on the delay despite contacting FedEx, who informed me you have the item in your warehouse. I no longer need the bag for my upcoming event due to the delay. I purchased a Groupon for Window Genie to clean my house's windows before putting it up for sale. However, when I called to schedule, Jennifer informed me they can't come for 4 weeks, which is far too long. I am disappointed by the lack of availability and the unapologetic response received. I am considering requesting a refund through Groupon if they cannot accommodate a sooner appointment. This experience has not left a good impression on me. I purchased a Groupon for Window Genie to clean windows before putting my house on the market, as advised by the Realtor. I called to schedule, and Jennifer informed me they can't come for four weeks! This delay is not acceptable. I need help getting a refund if they cannot accommodate us sooner. On May 8, [redacted], I attempted to purchase a monogram necklace from Monogram Hub. After going through the process, my American Express card was charged, but the order did not go through. Later, on June 3rd, my son helped me order four monogram necklaces, each needing to be ordered separately, resulting in four separate charges on my account. One of these orders was originally charged on May 8th, although it never went through. Additionally, on June 3rd, an extra $21 charge showed up on my card labeled as Groupon Inc. Coupons, which I didn't recognize. I believe I am owed a credit of $29.99 on my American Express card. On May 8, [redacted], I attempted to order a monogrammed necklace but didn't finalize it, yet I was charged $7.99 on my American Express card. On June 3rd, I ordered four monogrammed necklaces with my son's assistance, not realizing each was individual orders. Since the May 8th order wasn't completed, I believe $8.99 should be refunded. Additionally, on June 3rd, $21.00 was charged for Groupon Inc Coupons, which I haven't received or ordered anything besides the monogrammed necklaces from Monogram Hub. I am seeking a refund for a Groupon I bought for LaLa Photography. The deal was for a newborn photo session, which had to take place before the baby turns 6 weeks old. Despite my efforts to schedule within the timeframe, I couldn't reach the photographer initially and later was informed there were no available slots before my baby reached 6 weeks. The photographer offered to credit the amount toward an older child session, but it wouldn't cover the cost.
