Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

My phone was stolen and a Groupon purchase was made for a vacation. I did not purchase this vacation myself and I would like it all refunded. I did not know until this morning that a purchase had been made since I did not purchase this myself. My name is amber Norwood and my phone number is(***)****-****. My email that it is linked to is *****@***.com but I can’t access that account. I would like this resolved ASAP seeing that I did not make this purchase and that is all the money I had.
