I was charged for a Chicago Go pass, but I cancelled the order. My card was charged. I need my money back. Thanks
This was especially frustrating because I was on vacation and there is not a person to speak with to help with this matter.
They could make this right by refunding my money.
I have been a customer for years with no prior grievances.
