Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-katieisb's own words
Get a refund or groupon store credit ... I purchased qty of ** classes each of ballet. Two vouchers for a total of ***.** spent. never really using groupon I didn’t know there was a whole bunch of restrictions listed in the fine print. Went to redeem the voucher today as it was the first day we could and they wouldn’t honor it on Saturday. I asked for the class schedule for the evening during the week as I am a working mom and was told they only offer classes for my daughters age group at * am Tuesday and Wednesday. That being said there is no time available for me to take my daughter to the ballet school. With so many restrictions it leaves me paralyzed and unable to use the two vouchers purchased. I am requesting a credit to my credit card for a full refund. If that can’t be accommodated at the very least a credit to my groupon account to purchase something else.
The Groupon only allows you to use it weekdays in the mornings which is biased to stay at home moms. For those who work this is t useful

I’ve only purchased one other thing on groupon and had a great experience and was hoping to try it again. This has not been a positive one. It’s discouraging
I tried to talk to the ballet school and they offered me no compromise or solution
