I am writing the express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at NorthStar California (Groupon order number **********). We arrived to check in at ** pm on **** to find the check in desk closed and locked with a call number on the door of the registration desk. Despite leaving two voicemails and calling repeatedly, there was no response. The number written on our Groupon order was no longer in service. When we went to the Welk lodge at NorthStar for help, they were also unable to reach anyone for assistance until over an hour and a half later- at **:** pm. At this point we were able to get a lock box code to get the keys to the condo. We were forced to wait an hour and forty five minutes late at night with a screaming three month old infant and were sent back and forth three times between hotels to try and get into our room. Please let me know how this terrible experience can be remedied. Thank you.
