I bought two Groupons for haircuts from "Sarah for Calumet Hair Salon." I used the location info provided on groupon.com to make an appointment. When I went to the salon at **** Southwestern Blvd., West Seneca, NY, THAT Sarah (who is NOT "Sarah for Calumet...") told me she has no Groupons. I then looked up Calumet Hair Salon (Transit Road, Depew, NY). When I called, I could only get an answering machine, which said that I could leave a message for Susan, Kelly or Tanya. No mention of Sarah. This must be a scam. I would like a refund for the two Groupons I bought.

You can't call Groupon, but you can do a live chat or submit a request online (Help * My orders * Click on a Suggested Help Topic * Click No I Still Need Help) to have them call you back. I was called within half an hour. I think the phone service may not be available on weekends, as the return call option wasn't presented to me when I used the Help Wizard today (Saturday). The vouchers I had trouble with can be traded in thru *******, which is a little more than * months. I used Groupon often enough, that that was acceptable to me.
