I bought a Groupon for a massage on ****. I called the vendor (Dragonfly Wellness in Chicago, IL) to schedule an appointment that day and left a message, but didn't get a call back until today ****. The proprietor said I couldn't schedule an appointment until August. This is far too long to wait, and I would like a refund. I know Groupon has a three-day period for refunds, but because the business owner failed to respond to me within that period, I would like an extension on the refund period. **Thank you.
