Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I’ve been notified that I have a Groupon for a massage which I clearly did not purchase since I am a member of the massage facility in billed monthly for the services that I use there. I am trying to cancel the order and fear that if I view the voucher I will not be able to do so. Instructions online say to view the voucher and say cancel, but the instructions given by Groupon say once you view the voucher you cannot change it. Please advise.
