Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-anndrema's own words
On June * I made a purchase and then immediately cancelled it. I got email confirmation that the refund was processed but still have not received the $** amount. I deleted the credit card used to make the purchase after the cancellation was made so that may be the issue.
GetHuman-anndrema did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
