Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I returned my faulty item (fan) over * wks ago but not been contacted. I sent the item signed delivery. I do need the refund so I can purchase another fan. Regards Lynne Blacklock
