I had an a longstanding account up until this past Friday, ****, under the email *****@***.com and the name Demi Kaplan , but it mysteriously disappeared after I tried to buy a a groupon experience (Cornucopia cruise ) on ****. I had entered my payment information to purchase this groupon, but never received a confirmation email. The next day, I tried to access my account only to be told out it never existed.
