My ****pment has been dela*** for * days and I have no idea what is going on with my order. Groupon should help me to find out why the ****pment is late and provide compensation for the inconvenience Groupon has caused to me. This is the gift I bought for a friend and now because the ****pment is late, I have no birthday gift for friend. Very upset about this purchase experience.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
