Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-janetwla's own words
I placed a Groupon order for unlimited gym membership for three months. We just found out we’re moving in August. I don’t think I can cancel my order as it’s past the three day period. I recall there was a one month option for the deal. Is it possible to change to the one month deal and refund the balance to my credit card? Please advise.
GetHuman-janetwla did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
