Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
I placed a Groupon order for unlimited gym member****p for three months. We just found out we’re moving in August. I don’t think I can cancel my order as it’s past the three day period. I recall there was a one month option for the deal. Is it possible to change to the one month deal and refund the balance to my credit card? Please advise.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
