Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage last month and I scheduled a massage right away because I have a bad back and I had some time off from my job. The soonest the massage therapist could schedule me for massage was a month later which was very frustrating and annoying because a month is a long time to wait. So the day finally comes and the morning of my massage the massage therapist texts me and says that she is going to have to cancel my appointment. I understand things come up but that was frustrating and disappointing. She told me she could schedule another appointment for me three weeks later! That is very unprofessional to cancel on a client that’s been waiting a month and then tell her that she’ll have to wait nearly another month. I told her that I will be starting work full-time and next week so my options are limited as to when I can even get in for a massage. Clearly this is not going to work out and I have wasted my money on a Groupon that I will no longer be able to use and I need a refund as soon as possible so I can move on and find a different massage therapist that will work with me and help out my back issues. Thank you.
