Help with my Groupon issue

I tried to purchase ONE Car Toys Detailing deal (INTERIOR detailing, small car) yesterday And ONE Car Toys Detailing deal (EXTERIOR detailing, small car). I don’t know what happened, but I ended up with several purchases of the same thing. I’ve submitted to cancel, but today there are still two pending and one was refunded. I think the issue was that when I went in to get ready to process the deal, I had signed up for PayPal which wasn’t there. However there was one of my credit cards listed and I thought I needed to continue with that to get to Pay Pal. Obviously, that was a mistake. I did it more than once because I was having issues trying to get it processed which caused the problem. I don’t know why the PayPal option didn’t show up until much later after many tries which is when I actually processed on PayPal because I kept canceling when I realized that what I had pushed wasn’t taking it to Pay Pal. Anyway, I was frustrated because earlier in the day was able to get on the snap customer chat, but I could never find that again to try to resolve the issue with a Representative. Whatever can be done to ensure that I only have ONE exterior and ONE interior Groupon would be greatly appreciated. The **% off deal expired yesterday, but I would hope that because all of my entries were made before the expiration date that that would be honored. Thank you very much.

How GetHuman-briggsv fixed the problem
First of all, anyone who is having this problem knows that it isn’t easy to try to figure out how to resolve it. There have been times when I couldn’t even access the Customer Service link, but today I was lucky and was able to get onto the chat line. Once I signed in, I clicked on “My Stuff” and then scrolled down to Contact Customer Support. Click. Next, I scrolled down to Managing Your Account. Click. Scroll to Groupon Select Troubleshooting. Click on that. Scroll down page to “Still Need Help” in blue (link). Click. Then, select the method of contact you wish to pursue. I chose Live Chat. My representative read my problem and in very short time was able to endure that the extra purchases that were inadvertently made will be refunded. When I look at “All Groupons” in My Stuff, it shows those as pending. What happens is...Groupon will not submit for processing. If they have already shown up on your credit card account, they will simply disappear in due time. It depends on the process of your bank as to how long, I believe. Hope this helps.
