I wrote to u few days ago regarding toilet seats I bought from you from three different occasions. The first time I wasn’t happy, second time (D shaped) didn’t fit very well, as it said it fit all toilets. The third time was so bad that I nearly hurt my back as it twisted. I am extremely u happy with these purchases. Surely I don’t have to buy seats three times and still not satisfied. I am your regular customer. Pls help
