I made an order at the end of April ordering a matress. It’s almost the end of July now and I still have not received my item! I contacted numerous times the online help desk and all they said is that I will get an email telling me what’s going on and what will happen and all I got on the emails is ‘thank you for contacting us we will resolve your issue as soon as we can...’ and then no one contacted back again! We moved to a new house and it is ridiculous that we had to wait that long and at the end just go and buy it from somewhere else! I will please like a refund for my money as soon as possible.**Thank you *Nivin
