Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

the item i ordered seems to be accidentally ordered twice. i only want one fitbit alta band but it seems to have processed and charged me for two.
GetHuman-fetchapa did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I had an email confirming the order and from there I was able to click on the link in the order and cancel it. Now hoping it doesn't show up on my credit card.
