Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage as a gift for a friend. In the fine print, it says that if a client has gone in the last ** months they cannot use this promotion. I was unaware that for my friends birthday she went to this spa, therefore, making her ineligible to use this Groupon deal. I JUST purchased the deal within the half hour and would like to cancel it!
