My husband and I purchased separate Legoland tickets for our family trip to California. While his transaction went through and he received his vouchers, mine are still pending even though my credit card has been charged. Despite reaching out to Groupon, the issue remains unresolved and has been escalated to a specialized department. Unfortunately, after a week of waiting and speaking to multiple representatives, the problem persists. Regrettably, I had to cancel our vacation plans as a result. The uncertainty of not having the tickets in hand is causing significant inconvenience. I am seeking a resolution as soon as possible and hoping for a refund on both my tickets and my husband's tickets. Our family was looking forward to this trip together, and it is disappointing that this situation has impacted our travel arrangements.

On May 10, [redacted], I availed of a Groupon offer for Umberto's Clam House in New York City where I could get 30% off by using my Visa ending in [redacted]. The deal was claimed on May 10 and valid until June 9. To celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary, my family and I dined at Umberto's on June 3, in line with the offer, spending $[redacted].44 on the meal charged to my Visa. Despite expecting a 30% credit on my Visa statement, I did not see the credit when I received my statement. After contacting Citi Visa, I discovered the Groupon claim had been altered without my authorization to run from June 8 to July 8, instead of the correct period of June 9. I believe this change is why I did not receive the credit I was anticipating. I kindly request assistance in rectifying the situation by ensuring the 30% credit is applied to my Visa card for the dinner at Umberto's.

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher #1[redacted]02-[redacted] for highlights and a cut at A Salon in Charlotte, NC with stylist Michelle Owens. However, reaching her has been challenging because her voicemail is always full. The salon mentioned they are not connected to her Groupon. After 3 weeks, Michelle responded but hasn't confirmed an appointment. I expressed my urgency, but she hasn't replied since. I am dissatisfied and request a refund of $64 for the voucher. I am having difficulties with a company that does not provide a phone number for contact. I mistakenly booked a KING room instead of a 2 QUEEN at the Berlin Resort. Upon realizing my error, I tried to reach out urgently. I canceled the incorrect reservation and booked a new one. However, I have not received a refund for the canceled booking, and the new reservation's payment was confusing as I received conflicting emails about approval. After canceling that booking as well, I made a third reservation using PayPal instead of my credit card, but I am still waiting for a confirmation. I am confused and frustrated by the back and forth.

I had a discussion with a Groupon representative, Erica P. V., in April regarding receiving a trade-in offer for my Body Bliss Beyond couples massage Groupon. She mentioned I had until June 21st to discover a new deal and that she would provide a discount code to match the original Groupon price for my new purchase. I contacted Erica yesterday to obtain the promised coupon for my Live Health Center couples massage Groupon in Alexandria, VA, as I found my deal, but I have not received a response. I reached out via email twice, yesterday and today, needing the code before my trade-in expires tonight. Unaware that a 24-hour timer would start once I attempted the trade-in, I now have until 10 PM EST today to utilize the discount code. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have several charges on my credit card statement that I believe are mistakes, and I would like to speak to someone about it. For instance, there is a charge for a smog test that I already addressed over the phone because I had recently done a smog check, so there should be no charge for it. I was assured they would remove it, but I see they actually charged me for two tests, which I just noticed in my email. I prefer to talk to someone directly rather than emailing; this situation is frustrating.

I recently bought two personal training sessions on June 18th. When I tried to schedule my appointments at the gym, I found out that each session lasts thirty minutes and the first one-hour session is exclusively for assessment. This was not clear on the Groupon deal I purchased. I was not looking for a nutrition plan or any extras, just one-on-one training. The website mentions that local business vouchers can be refunded within three days if not used, and I have not used mine yet. Although I can't seem to edit my order now, it hasn't been three days since the purchase, and I would like a refund.

On May 11, [redacted], I purchased two Groupons for massages at MassageLuxe at $38 each, totaling $76. Three days later, when I arrived at MassageLuxe for my first massage and presented the Groupon on my phone, I was informed that it was only valid in Indiana and could not be used in St. Louis where I live. Despite multiple emails to Groupon, I was told they couldn't refund me due to not reading the fine print. I am requesting a credit or exchange as it's not feasible for me to travel to Indiana for the massages. I have been trying to reach out to Groupon without success. Hello, I am writing in regards to an email I received. The content of the email states that Pokedoo, for which I purchased a Groupon, has changed ownership and is no longer accepting Groupons. On Monday, June 4th, the garden furniture I ordered was delivered damaged, so I rejected the delivery. I contacted Groupon on Tuesday, June 5th and was assured by a representative that I would receive an email regarding a refund within 3 working days, but I never received it. On Monday, June 18th, when I called Groupon again, I was informed that my refund was still pending even though their website states refunds are processed within 10 working days. When I requested to speak to a manager, the call was disconnected abruptly. I followed up with Groupon through live chat later that day, and was told my issue would be escalated with confirmation by the end of the week. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates. I have provided photos of the damaged furniture and I am frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this matter. Your assistance in confirming my refund is greatly appreciated.

I placed an order (#[redacted]71) on May 28th, [redacted] for a 16" white gold 1.0mm box chain necklace. Around 10 days later, I checked the order status, and it indicated that the package was delivered on June 5th, [redacted], with a signature as proof of delivery. However, neither my husband nor I signed for it, and we did not receive the necklace. I have requested the merchant to provide a copy of the document with the signature to verify who signed for it, but I have not received a response yet. I am in need of assistance with this matter.

Unfortunately, my Groupons are not showing up under "My Groupons," causing a serious issue in accessing them. I've repeatedly contacted Groupon about this without any resolution. I am a loyal customer, but considering switching to Living Social due to this recurring problem. This has prevented me from using the Groupons I've paid for. I am very frustrated and disappointed about this ongoing issue. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach a resolution through emails and would appreciate assistance in getting my Groupons listed correctly. Every attempt to view the Groupons generates an error message. This glitch has made me hesitant to plan a vacation to Indonesia using Groupon for fear of facing issues accessing it.

I recently bought a Groupon deal for a haircut on 6/18/[redacted]. I had an appointment at 1pm but due to a train delay, I arrived 9 minutes late. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the stylist refused to accommodate me, stating it would disrupt his schedule. He was not only unprofessional but also rude, suggesting I come back the following week. I am frustrated because my account was deleted due to inactivity, and now I can't use a card with a different billing address. I have been trying to purchase a coupon for days for an upcoming appointment, but your system is preventing me from using my card with a different address. I want to share my recent experience with Bloom Salon Studios and Nicole. I am disappointed because Nicole refuses to honor the Groupon I bought due to being fully booked past its expiration date of June 28, [redacted]. She insists I use the Groupon as credit and pay the difference for her services. Despite contacting her in advance, she was unwilling to accept the Groupon as full payment unless there was a cancellation, which did not occur. I have always had positive experiences using Groupons for services prior to the expiration date, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. On June 18, [redacted], I placed an order through the Groupon app with order number #1[redacted]71-[redacted]. Initially, the correct amount was debited from my bank account. However, on June 20, [redacted], I realized that a second charge of the same amount was deducted from my account by Groupon for the same purchase made on June 18, [redacted]. I have evidence in the form of screenshots and bank statements to demonstrate that these transactions occurred on separate dates. I am requesting the immediate refund of the duplicate charge back into my bank account. I believe I am innocent in this matter and have unjustly become a victim. I simply seek the prompt return of the amount owed to me.

This is my fourth request for assistance. I purchased 2 Park & Fly Groupons for 2 days each, spending $32 for a value of $40.02. Unfortunately, the merchant would not accept both vouchers for a 6-day stay which I had planned. They suggested reaching out to Groupon for a resolution. The fine print did not clarify the limitation of one voucher per visit, causing confusion as I bought 4 days. I am requesting a refund of $32 or a Groupon credit for the unused second voucher as I will not be using Park & Fly services in the future. Thank you for your help. I am looking to buy a coupon for Ultimate Exotics in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The deal includes 7 laps for $[redacted]. However, the expiration date is July 21st, and I want to gift it to my brother for his birthday on August 5th. Can he still use the coupon in August or book a tentative date before it expires?
