E mail *****@***.com**I contacted customer service by the e mail that you suggested. Thank you, although I did receive an answer to my correspondence, the person stated that he did not have the authority to fix the problem. He promised to forward my e mail to another person. We will see. Quite frustrated that Groupon makes it so difficult to contact them. This will make me think twice about Groupon.
