I purchased a stay at Baywatch Resort in North Myrtle Beach from my sister-in-law for June 17, [redacted], to June 22, [redacted]. Upon check-in today at the South Tower, we were disappointed with the room. We discovered bed stains that appeared to be from bedbugs, which made us uncomfortable staying there. The manager informed us that we needed to contact Groupon for a refund. We took photos as evidence. My sister-in-law's family stayed in the other room and were satisfied. Since she paid for the whole reservation, please refund her half of the total amount, which is $6??. She is aware of the situation and can confirm it. Thank you.

I have received 4 orders, but they are in different sizes and make than what I originally ordered. Despite numerous messages to Customer Services and the support team, as well as multiple phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. I was given a 3-day window for the incorrect items to be collected for return but no one showed up, causing inconvenience as I was preparing for a house move. Even though I was provided with a contact number for the company responsible for the incorrect delivery, the process seems complicated, and I just want the correct product I initially ordered. I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of a Cream Sofa bed to my new address and worried it may also be incorrect. I bought a Ferrari driving experience for my husband last June, scheduled for October [redacted]. The company, Golden Moments, rescheduled it for this year due to availability issues. However, it has been canceled twice since April and now I'm uncertain about the next date. They agreed to a full refund, but as I bought it through your platform, I was instructed to contact you for assistance. The booking number is R337942, but I'm not sure if that's with Golden Moments or your company. The booking is for Belfast (Lisburn for the actual drive). I recently paid for a massage session and scheduled an appointment, but unfortunately, I missed it due to an emergency. Although I didn't use the service, it was marked as redeemed. Additionally, I purchased a movie package deal through Groupon which expired. Even though the deal expired, I expected to receive the value of the Groupon but did not. When I tried to use it on Fandango, I mistakenly selected the wrong date and was charged $22.50 on my debit card. I originally purchased a $26 movie deal for $13, but due to the booking error, I lost my $22.50 payment. Despite contacting customer service, they redirected me to Groupon for a resolution. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving these issues through a trade, refund, or adjustment to my Groupon.

I requested a refund for a $45 Groupon at Santa Barbara Sparkling Spa for a massage and glass of champagne. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist said they could only honor the Groupon if it was for a couples massage. There is nothing on the Groupon regarding a couples massage. In fact, there is a photograph of three women in robes sipping champagne together, enjoying their Groupons. Deceptive advertising! The receptionist advised me of my options: to call back during specific times when only she is working to book a couples massage at a higher price since the owner of the business does not return phone calls OR get a refund from Groupon. I am opting for the refund. After receiving one call back message from a Groupon rep hours after my initial call, another Groupon representative emailed me to offer some kind of trade-in. Unacceptable customer service. Please call to confirm that a refund will be issued to my credit card. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. - LV

On January 23, [redacted], I purchased two Groupon vouchers for Clickinks, with codes TW6GTKCSTY and DMAHY5HO2. I utilized one voucher to order the generic inks and used the other, paying extra, for genuine Epson inks. After receiving my orders, I found only generic inks, no Epson inks. Despite reaching out to Clickinks multiple times and receiving no response, I contacted Groupon Customer Support over a month ago. However, after their promise to reach out to the company, I have not received any further updates as of June 18th. I am seeking a refund for the incorrect inks purchased and clarification on the delay in resolving this matter. My future Groupon purchases are on hold until this issue is resolved, and I intend to share my negative experience on various platforms until addressed. In March, I bought two Groupons for services at Esthetics by Sandra. I redeemed one for a honey lemon pedicure in April and paid for a manicure. Recently, I got a reminder to use the second voucher before July 8. When I tried to book a manicure, I was informed I couldn't use the voucher until October due to a [redacted]-day policy. I was given a massage voucher to Tranquility Massage by my children, but I have been unable to book an appointment as the company is unreachable. Despite numerous phone calls, the mailbox is full, making it impossible to leave a message. After checking reviews on Yelp, it seems other customers are facing similar issues. My daughter requested a refund through Groupon, and while it shows as refunded on the site, she has not actually received the money. This lack of responsiveness is concerning, and it's disappointing that a listed company on Groupon is providing such poor service. My daughter simply wishes to have her money returned.

I recently purchased a 2-night cruise to the Bahamas departing from Palm Beach. I believed I had booked it for departure on the 31st of July, but when I checked my email, it showed the departure date as today, 6/19. I immediately contacted Groupon, and I received a response around 1:45 a.m. confirming that I would be refunded and that the special was still available for re-booking on the 31st of July. However, I am having trouble finding the special now. I am feeling anxious because the previous tickets I booked were for my grandchildren, and I urgently need to book this cruise for my husband and myself. Please assist me with this issue. I have been a loyal customer of Groupon for years.

I purchased a cake from the Smith Island Baking Company on June 17, [redacted], for $17.00. The voucher was valued at $30.00 and it was used on June 18, [redacted]. The voucher expires on October 15, [redacted], and the code is LG-N1PW-G3L1-XHHW-1WTS. However, when I try to use the voucher code, it says it's invalid. I'm unsure if my order has been processed or cancelled, but my Visa card has been charged $17.00. I found the app challenging to navigate, especially the section with all the steps required. I've attempted multiple times to fix this issue. Last year, I bought a cleaning service from Bubbly Clean via Groupon, but they never showed up. Though Groupon refunded me, the company still had my details and charged me again in April. I've been unsuccessful in contacting them. I'm desperate for assistance with this matter, and direct communication would be valued. I'm frustrated to be out $69.

I am in need of help as my old computer malfunctioned before I could retrieve the Groupon number for the window cleaning service and chimney sweep I purchased. On June 7, [redacted], I bought a Groupon deal for house cleaning from Cleaner Days Cleaning Service for $50. I set up an appointment for last Tuesday, 6/12/18. However, no one arrived to clean after waiting for hours. Upon calling, the owner explained she hadn't canceled because she didn't have my contact details and requested me to provide my information via text. Despite rescheduling for today, I have waited again for hours with no response after texting and calling. This has been frustrating on my day off, wasting time similar to last Tuesday. I am requesting a refund and suggesting the removal of this service to prevent future customers from experiencing the same issue. I have been satisfied with Groupon experiences in the past. I tried to redeem 4 expired Groupons at NY Waterway Taxi Co for a Statue of Liberty boat ride but they couldn't process them. They advised me to contact Groupon for an adjustment. I recently visited Dreamland Palace with my mother for a belated Mother's Day celebration. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant lacked proper handicap accessibility, making it difficult for my mother, who uses a wheelchair, to navigate through the gravel entrance. The service was poor, with long wait times even for the restroom. The food quality was subpar, with burnt potato pancakes, tasteless canned green beans, and jarred applesauce. To make matters worse, the chicken I ordered was tough and undercooked in spots. When I raised my concerns about the food to the owner and requested a deduction from the bill, I was met with unprofessional behavior as the owner yelled at me. It was a distressing experience that ended with a struggle to leave the premises. Overall, it was a disappointing visit that left much to be desired.

I am requesting assistance regarding an order issue. I recently discovered an order, which I did not intentionally place, on my account. Although I attempted to cancel it before processing, it still went through and is now listed as a purchase. I would like to have the SmartWatches from this order cancelled and the funds refunded to my ATM card. I recently tried to redeem a $[redacted] Groupon at De Grezia. Even though it had expired, I expected a $75 credit as per Groupon's policy. However, the restaurant initially refused, claiming they hadn't accepted Groupons since last December. After some back and forth, they agreed to honor it but added a gratuity of over 20%, which is against NY law, adding $34 to our $[redacted] bill. Strangely, a stranger, a Dutch girl, joined our table, and the restaurant incorrectly included the gratuity on her bill, too, even though she wasn't part of the Groupon deal. When we questioned this, they falsely attributed it to the Groupon use. Their inconsistency and unfair practices have tarnished our long-standing enjoyment of the restaurant. I kindly request a refund for the unjustly added gratuity. Thank you.

Around 12:00 am on June 18th, I tried to clear my cart after ordering a TV wall mount. At 3:30 am, I noticed Groupon purchases in my Verizon email, not my browser. Despite working a 14-hour shift, I attempted to contact you throughout the day. You resolved the additional TV wall mount, but I did not intentionally order the Apple iPad 9.7, socks, and Whey. When I tried to contact you the next morning, the refund info was too long for the agents to process. I decided to rest and address it later. I don't want the Apple iPad 9.7 Pro because I found a better 10.5 Apple iPad Pro with more features for the same price. Please refund the accidental iPad order.
