On June *, ****, I purchased a groupon for a house cleaning for a company called Cleaner Days Cleaning Service. I paid $** for the groupon. *I scheduled an appt for last Tues *******. After waiting for hours with no one showing to clean, I called the company and spoke to the owner who apologized and said she hadn't called me to cancel because she didn't have my contact number. She asked me to text her my info (that should have been her work not mine). We rescheduled for today. I have texted and called her after again waiting for hours and no response. I am very frustrated as this is my day off work and I have spent it waiting as I did last Tuesday. I want my money back and I hope you take this person off your service so no one else purchases a groupon from her. *I have used Groupon in the past and have always been very pleased with the purchases. *Thank you for your help.
