This is the third time I've been told by customer support they issued a trade-in, but the option is not available in my account. Can someone please help me with this issue? I have been dealing with this for months now. I have copies of the conversations with support in my email if needed. Please assist with either a refund or a Groupon credit for my next purchase. I recently booked a 4-night stay at Baymont Inn and Suites in Orlando, Florida. However, upon entering the room, I was shocked to find multiple issues. The shower ceiling had three leaking holes, the tub was covered in hair clumps and black stains, outlets were hanging out of the walls, there was a hole in one wall, two lamps were not working, and the room had a very unpleasant odor. The condition of the room was so appalling that my girlfriend refused to enter. We decided to sleep in the car due to these unacceptable living conditions. I am seeking a full refund as I believe this place should be closed down immediately.

I bought a spa classic manicure and pedicure at the Santa Monica Beach Nail Spa. Upon arrival, I realized I had forgotten the voucher, but I did have my payment ready. Despite paying $22 cash, I had some issues: the manicurist accidentally clipped my skin, resulting in one of my toes becoming slightly swollen. I still possess the voucher, valid until September 19, [redacted], but I am hesitant to return and would prefer a refund. Due to existing foot problems, I am concerned about the possibility of further injuries at the same establishment. The language barrier with the manicurist, who did not speak English, made it challenging for me to communicate my concerns about sensitive areas on my feet, resulting in two cuts.

Good morning, I have sought your help previously for returns and require your assistance again. I had bought a Groupon for an oil change and intended to purchase the full synthetic option for $54.99, but encountered a message about insufficient quantities when trying to buy it. I then opted for the blended synthetic at $44.99, only to find out today at the service center that my car cannot use a synthetic blend. Could you please help me with returning the blended synthetic voucher and guide me in purchasing the full synthetic oil change voucher instead? I bought a Groupon for spa services valid on weekdays. When I got to the spa, they wouldn't honor it because they changed the terms to weekdays excluding Fridays after my purchase. I've used Groupons at this spa before, always valid Monday to Friday. They insisted on charging me extra even though they acknowledged the recent change made a week after I bought the voucher over two months ago. They marked my voucher as redeemed before notifying me of the new terms. I left without using it as I didn't want to pay extra for terms I didn't approve upon purchase. I hope Groupon will refund me promptly. This experience was disappointing and left me feeling like the company took advantage of my loyalty.

I purchased a Groupon for a Kelowna cruise yesterday for an afternoon cruise on July 10th, [redacted], at 12:30 PM for 3 adults. I chose PayPal as the payment method, with a total of $58.98 US dollars, and received a PayPal transaction ID # 8GN401244T707473T. After receiving an email from Groupon stating the purchase didn't go through and a subsequent email showing a refund, I'm concerned about the acceptance of my voucher for the cruise. Despite PayPal showing the purchase on my account, Groupon issued a refund that I didn't request. Furthermore, I'm having difficulty accessing my Groupon account due to email issues and unable to reach customer service via phone. I want clarification on whether Kelowna Cruises will honor the voucher with booking reference BR-[redacted]57 for our planned trip to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. I recently made a reservation through a Groupon deal for Wally Park from 6/9 to 6/15 with confirmation number [redacted]. Despite receiving an email confirming a total of $38.50 for 7 days, I encountered issues during check out as I couldn't locate my Groupon. Upon booking through Groupon and being redirected to Wally's site, I was surprised to be charged $71.70 instead. I am unsure whether Wally or Groupon is responsible for this discrepancy, but I would appreciate a resolution and a refund for the overcharge. Thank you for looking into this.

I received a confirmation stating changes or refunds were possible, but when attempting to alter the reservation date, I was informed changes were not allowed, citing the fine print. This conflicting information and lack of flexibility due to a family matter has left me disappointed with the service. I purchased a Groupon for the Big Summer Beerfest in Irvine, but later realized my account was linked to an old email address. Consequently, the promotional code I need was sent to that email, and the event is tomorrow. Despite working with one customer service representative to update my email address, the promotional code was not resent after two days. A subsequent customer service rep informed me that they couldn't send the code to my new email as it's tied to a fixed address. This has left me in a tough spot as the event I paid for is happening tomorrow. I am urgently seeking assistance and would like to speak to someone over the phone.

This is my second complaint regarding Lotus Foot Spa. I had a horrible experience during my foot massage appointment. Despite booking three days in advance, I was asked to return after a 3-hour wait upon arrival. The gentleman attending to me had a bloody tissue hanging from his nose. Upon contacting the owner, her unhelpful response was, "I'm not there." They prioritized walk-ins over appointments, showing little regard for my scheduled time. I am deeply dissatisfied and would not return even for a free session. I am a frequent Groupon user, as evidenced by my account history. I am seeking a refund or an exchange for another Groupon to resolve this issue. - Linda L.

I have reached out to Groupon support several times about an issue with a redemption code for a PrinterPix blanket. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response after almost a month. Below is an excerpt from one of my initial emails outlining the problem: "I have attached my voucher for a recent Groupon order. When I entered the redemption code on the voucher on the PrinterPix website to personalize my blanket, I received a message stating that the redemption code has already been used. I contacted you about this issue last week (around May 23?) but have not heard back." It has been challenging to communicate with you as your customer service was previously excellent. PrinterPix has advised me to request a new redemption code from Groupon. Could you please provide me with a new redemption code? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, Pam.

I recently purchased a pocketbook through Groupon. The tracking number for my order is FedEx [redacted][redacted]16 for the D S Collection Sophie Tote with Crossbody and Wristlet Set of 3 pieces. I am eager to know the estimated time of arrival for my package. Additionally, it seems that someone may have attempted to order Hormone Replacement Therapy pills using my compromised email. If this purchase was made on my debit card, I will need to obtain a new card. For urgent matters, please contact me at [redacted] and leave a message if I am unavailable. Hello, I accidentally may have purchased a room deal at Omni Bedford Springs in PA while browsing on Groupon. It's usually my husband who makes these purchases, so I want to confirm if I did indeed buy it. There is a bell icon with a number in the corner, but no item is in the cart. I want to avoid any unauthorized charges on our card. I noticed there's also a 25% discount code available, which I didn't use. I bought two Groupon tickets for a Paint Nite event. Paint Nite cancelled the event, instructing me to get a refund through Groupon. The event was set for June 13th, [redacted]. Despite Groupon stating that sales are final, they offered to help me sign up for a different event or redeem the vouchers through Paint Nite. We initially purchased the Groupon tickets to attend the specific event we chose, but due to two cancellations by Paint Nite, we are not interested in attending another event hosted by them.

I bought two Groupons for Alamo Drafthouse last year. Although they expired, the terms stated the purchase price could be used "from now to eternity." However, I encountered an issue when I used them recently at Alamo Drafthouse, Mason Park. I purchased 3 tickets with cash and both vouchers valued at $5 each. Despite having $10 in vouchers, only $8 was discounted from my total. When I inquired, they said due to the Groupons being expired, they could only provide 1 matinee ticket worth $8 for free. I chose to deal with this later since there were people waiting in line. I've used Groupons before and never faced this problem, even with expired ones. I hope this can be resolved.

I purchased a pair of shorts from the vendor "Loepezer," and unfortunately, they are defective and do not match the advertised product. I acknowledge that the sale was final but would like a full refund and a return label to send the item back due to the mentioned defects. The ticket regarding this issue was closed without a satisfactory resolution. The shorts are not in new or good condition, with threads sticking out and faded strings. My daughter recently returned from a spa break at Champneys Eastwell Manor on June 15th and expressed deep concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. She described an awful experience with ongoing building works, fruit flies near the food, and dirty cups and milk jugs. Her experience was so unpleasant she left without staying for lunch. I am scheduled to go with my friend Mary P. on August 3rd, but after reading reviews and hearing about my daughter's experience, we are hesitant to visit that location. We are considering exchanging our vouchers to go to Champneys Forest Mere instead, a site we have visited before and found to be of a much better standard. Mary has already contacted Eastwell Manor to request an upgrade, but the request was declined. We would appreciate any advice or assistance as we are genuinely concerned and hope to avoid a similar experience.

I am seeking clarification on these charges and the reason behind the double billing. Another problem arose when I couldn't apply a sale discount using a promo code, as it indicated I had used it excessively, even though I only used it for the oil change Groupon. I request a credit equivalent to the discount amount I should have received but was unable to apply. This situation has left me frustrated and unsure about making future purchases. Resolving these issues promptly is crucial to retaining me as a customer.

I placed an order with reference number 1[redacted]77-[redacted], but the payment method was rejected. Following an email from Groupon, I attempted to resolve the issue via live chat with no success. I urgently need to update my payment method to avoid order cancellation. Additionally, I need assistance removing certain credit cards from my account, adding a new one, and removing a deceased person's name. Another concern is with order number [redacted]91. I ordered a mattress topper and received two, both addressed to my deceased partner, Andrew M. They are nonreturnable, but I would like a refund for at least one since I only ordered one. The toppers are very uncomfortable and not as expected. I am hoping for a full refund if possible.
