I ordered a groupon yesterday for kelowna cruises. It was a groupon for an afternoon cruise. I ordered for * adults on July ***** @ **.** in the afternoon. The groupon had an option for PayPal, which I selected. The order was processed the transaction I’d from PayPal was * *GN******T******T. The total purchase was for **.** US dollars. PayPal sent me an invoice to my email account so I assumed everything went through. There is an invoice * b*c**aeb- ae*d- **e*- ****-e*c*cc**e**d. Later that day I received an email from groupon saying that my purchase didn’t go through, and I had to contact PayPal. My paypal account still shows that purchase on my account. I sent a message back to groupon saying that my purchase is showing on my PayPal account. Then groupon sent me an email showing there had been a refund on that purchase!!! I did not want a refund!!! I want to go on the cruise on July **th***. Now I have no idea weather my groupon is going to accept my voucher for the cruise or weather kelowna cruises will accept my voucher. There is NO refund showing on my PayPal account. I am so frustrated!! I phoned the phone number that PayPal gives us to contact you and all it says is to go online.... what the heck kind of company do you run? In all of this because I was going in and out of my groupon account... it said my email is not on file anymore and I can’t get back into my groupon account. So I could not go onto live chat. This is unacceptable service. Please let me know whether or not kelowna cruises will accept my groupon when we drive * hours to go on a cruise. We are doing this for our grandmother for her birthday and I don’t want there to be any mixup when we show up for the cruise. On the voucher that was sent to me the booking reference number is BR-*********. My name is Karen Opsahl my email address is *****@***.com

I phoned the cruise company. They said that groupon was from last year and that it is no longer valid... so I phoned PayPal and told them and they said if I didn’t get a refund from groupon within * business days they will get the money back for me. **
