I purchased two massages.*I called to make an appointment and was told that *. I had to arrive before *:****. I could not bring my mom because it does not include couples massages. I told them that we were not a couple and did not want to be in the same room.*This was not made clear in their guidelines. The manager was rude and talked over me. I do not want to do business with them and would like a refund.*This is textbook "Bait and Switch"
