Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-rosytep's own words
I am trying to get a refund. ... I purchased a spa classic manicure and pedicure for Santa Monica Beach Nail Spa. When I got there I had my payment page but not the voucher the owner needed.**I paid $** cash for the mani-pedi but the manicurist clipped my skin and one toe is slightly swollen. **I still have a voucher for the mani-pedi which expirees on Sept. **, ****, but would like a refund because I already have foot problems and don't want to take a chance again with the same place that I will get more cuts on my toes. **The manicurist did not speak English so it was difficult for me to communicate with her. I tried to tell her I had some sensitive spots on my toes. And now I have two cuts on my toes.
This is frustrating because I could not really communicate with the manicurist.
Groupon can make this right by refunding my $** back to my debit card.
I have been a Groupon customer for several years.
