Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mncmalup's own words
I found the fine print to be misleading as it said the coupon was “free to claim” and yet charged my card $* instantly (the order was for a $* for $** Starbucks invite only coupon). Right after I saw the charged amount I “refunded” my coupon on the Groupon app only to find it had not been deducted yet even though it’s stated as “refunded” Groupon. I am very disappointed and would please just like to have my $* back.
GetHuman-mncmalup did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
