I ordered a necklace from Monogramhub.com. I reached out to u because there was some confusion and was charged $* twice. I continued to communicate with you that I have yet to receive the order. **Today, I reached out to Monogram.com, and they have no record of my order. They are asking for an order no. Can you please help me. My email is S*****@***.com. **This is so upsetting. This was to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, tomorrow.**I feel that if this does not get resolved with your help, I will have no confidence in ordering anything from Groupon again.**Thank you in advance for your help.
