Yesterday, I tried to visit Spa Castle using a Groupon along with my friend who also had a Groupon. While this has worked smoothly before, we encountered a significant issue with the app yesterday. Due to an error, I ended up buying two Groupons because the first attempt failed. My friend, Luke L. ([redacted]), also faced the same problem and bought three Groupons for the same venue. We tried using my debit card for one, which seems to have been charged successfully. However, as the app wasn't functioning, we had to buy full-priced tickets directly from the venue, abandoning our Groupon plans. I would like a refund for my two Groupons and for the three Groupons Luke L. purchased, though only one payment seems to have gone through on his account. I was looking at an item on my Groupon account and when I checked the purchase tab for shipping costs and taxes, it started processing the order on its own. I was surprised as it confirmed the order without me knowing which bank account it charged. I couldn't find the order in my profile and only got an email a day later saying the funds were taken from my account. The item hasn't shipped yet, and I want it canceled with a refund. I tried canceling online, but it now says I have to return the product, which hasn't been shipped to me. It's frustrating not to reach a live rep and I couldn't find customer service on the website. I used an expired Groupon and paid extra for a cleaning service. The service was unsatisfactory, so I filed a dispute with PayPal and Chase for the additional payment. I am seeking a refund or credit for the $68 spent on Groupon for 5 hours of cleaning. In my review, I explained that the cleaner was inexperienced, arrived late, was on the phone most of the time, and left areas untouched. Despite my complaints, the company did not respond promptly or address the issues. I felt disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the wasted time and money. The quality of service did not meet my expectations, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter.

I recently purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions from Bright Eye Spa. However, my experience was very disappointing. Despite explaining my desired look, the service provided did not meet my expectations. The owner's response was unprofessional and rushed, leading to a significant difference in the appearance of my eyes. During the removal process, I was left unattended, resulting in discomfort and redness in my eyes. The final result was unsatisfactory, and I was not given the opportunity to address my concerns properly. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for the subpar service received. I recently received 2 sheet sets of Egyptian softness, but there seems to be a size issue. Despite ordering twin oversize, I received regular twin. Please send me 2 new sets in oversize twin along with a return box, authorization return slip, and prepaid postage to return the incorrect sizes. I bought two Groupons for Busch Gardens/Water Country in [redacted], but never used them. I tried to use them recently, but was told by the manager that they had expired. Hello, I need assistance with two expired Groupons I bought in [redacted] for Busch Gardens/Water Country. I never used them, relying on the online information that promised to allow their redemption for future purchases or transfer of the paid amount. When I tried to use them recently, the clerk said I needed to contact Groupon to get a refund or purchase the current deal online. I purchased new tickets for $[redacted] to enter the park instead. I recently purchased the 40-minute Clarity pack from Mary at Psychic Spells and Enchantments but unfortunately, I am disappointed with the customer service I received. I had scheduled a reading for May 28, but I was notified via text 30 minutes after our scheduled time that it needed to be canceled. Despite reaching out 10 days ago, I have not heard back regarding rescheduling. I had hoped to have my reading done before my birthday on the 12th. If unable to accommodate, a referral would have been appreciated. I value timely and professional service.

Hi there, A few days ago, I bought 4 tickets to Denver Minefaire on August 12 for $29.50 each. Unfortunately, my credit card wasn't current and the purchase failed. After updating my card information using the link provided in the email notification, the purchase is still pending after 3 days. I would like to ensure the Minefaire tickets go through. There was also an earlier failed attempt to purchase 2 Skate City passes for $5 each, which I no longer need. Please cancel the pending charges for the Skate City passes. I only seek assistance in processing the payment for the 4 Minefaire tickets so that I can view them in My Groupons. Thank you for your help.

The representative guided me through troubleshooting steps and requesting screenshots, ultimately being unable to process my order for both items due to shipping restrictions. They advised me to purchase the products individually via customer service, resulting in additional shipping costs and no discount, unlike the 10% promo code I could not apply due to technical glitches. This disappointing experience contrasts with my past positive interactions with Groupon's support. I seek resolution to buy the desired items with the previously attempted price, including free shipping and the 10% off discount. The items in question are the Columbus, Jackson & Jolie Solid Quilts Queen Columbus in Ivory and the Down Alternative Reversible Comforter in Stone-Champagne for Queen size.

My husband bought a romantic evening flight for two, but the latest time available was 5 pm, which is before it gets dark. When I called, they explained the misunderstanding resulted from it initially being advertised during winter when it got dark earlier. They should have labeled it as a sightseeing tour, not a romantic one. Despite paying full price, we are not getting the evening flight we expected. This feels like misleading sales tactics. They directed me to contact Groupon to resolve the issue. I am puzzled about the legality of these actions. Legacy Aviation in Northeast Philadelphia is the company involved in this matter.

I want to share my experience with my recent stay at the Hill House Inn in Mendocino. I purchased a three-night stay for my son's honeymoon, but when they arrived, the room did not meet expectations. The cleanliness was subpar with hair in the tub, trash in cans, and safety pins in the ice bucket. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and instead of a promised beautiful view, they were faced with a parking lot occupied by a homeless man. When they voiced their concerns to the manager, they were met with little sympathy, and even the manager suggested finding a new place to stay. This experience was disappointing and not what was expected, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon. I believe a full refund is warranted, and the Inn should be reconsidered for listing on Group on. I hope for a prompt response to address this issue and prevent others from having similar experiences.

In September [redacted], I used my credit card to buy an escape room experience for my daughter and her family. At the time, I didn't realize my daughter had a Groupon account, so I assumed it was a one-time purchase. I recently discovered that on May 24th, my daughter used my credit card to buy a deal at B41 Chop House in Kansas City, MO for $45, mistakenly thinking she had charged it to her account. The transaction ID is [redacted][redacted]. I've spoken to my credit card company, and they've refunded the $45 back to my account. I'm wondering if her purchase has been canceled and if it can be reinstated. Thank you for your help.

I visited Precision Auto Tune and they claimed my car's wheel bearing was faulty, refusing to perform the alignment I had prepaid for with a Groupon. Suspicious, I took my car to another mechanic covered by my warranty, who confirmed no issue with the wheel bearing. Precision's manager suggested seeking a refund through you or an oil change, but after their false claim, I distrust them entirely. They tried to overcharge me $[redacted] for a non-existent issue. Could you please reimburse me for the Groupon so I can take my business to a reliable mechanic?

Upon arriving at the park, I experienced a 30-minute wait for the attendant to arrive. Despite calling the provided number, I was informed that the driver was only 5 minutes away, which turned out to be untrue. When the driver finally arrived, he prioritized another passenger over me, and I was told I couldn't accompany them due to company policy. This delay caused me to miss my flight, resulting in a $99 fee per ticket to reschedule. After speaking with the company owner, I was advised to reach out to customer service to request a refund as I no longer wanted their services. I hope to receive a full refund through Groupon and have decided not to use their services in the future.

I have expired Groupon vouchers that I can no longer use, but I can still redeem the amount I paid for them towards the same deals. Unfortunately, I am unable to get a refund for these expired purchases.

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut and styling but had a terrible experience. The hairstylist was over an hour late and talked on her phone throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, she dyed my hair the wrong color, leaving me with beach blonde hair. I had to pay another stylist to fix it, which was an unexpected cost as a college student. I recently had a chat regarding an issue with a Groupon deal for eyelash extensions by Jimena. I purchased a Groupon for Allyson Smiley, a Hypnotist located at [redacted] North Alma School Rd. in Chandler, Arizona. I had one appointment where I was not hypnotized, and my second appointment on June 11 did not go as planned. When I arrived a few minutes early at 6:00 PM for my 6:00 PM appointment, the doors were locked. Despite calling Allyson multiple times, I received no answer and ultimately left at 6:20 PM. I left voicemails to reschedule my next appointment on June 14 at 5:00 PM but received no response. Despite making efforts to reach Allyson, I now receive a strange busy signal whenever I call.
