Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I got * tickets I used for the Duck Adventure on Saturday. It turned into a total nightmare for me, the kids, and my fianc*. The boat broke down in the middle of the lake and end up having to be towed to put us on another one to get back. what was suppose to be a hour tour turned into sitting on a boat with no bathroom for * hours plus with * kids. Never in my life have I been so upset when my * year old had to potty and there was nothing I could do so she wet herself . I would like to talk to someone on the fact that this was such a bad experience. They never even offered to give our money back. my name is Alexis is ***-***-****.
