I purchased a mattress set on May ** - I had no confirmation by email or in my Groupons for ** hours, or on my credit card.*I re-purchased it the next day thinking the order had not gone through to find that I had bought two sets which were a final sale and of course not returnable.*When the delivery company called to make arrangements for the delivery and I explained what had happened, they said they would simply return one of the sets - I took delivery of the one set.*The other order says it's still in transit, but clearly not on it's way to me so where is it? *And I have not had a refund even although I know it's not supposed to be refundable BUT I feel I could argue that the name of the set sent is not the same as the one which I had bought-the Sealy Titanium. The ones they sent are Sealy Meticulous
