Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi, on Monday I tried to authorize a purchase for * general admission tickets to spa castle. However, I was actually charged * times on my account ending ****. My bank told me they can file a dispute but I am contacting you to see if you guys can refund me for * of the tickets being that I only requested * and there is * in my groupons list as well as being charged to my card.
