Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon for a trip that I had back in march. I was unable to use the groupon because the weekend that I was going to use it the company was already booked and would not let me use the coupon. I would like a refund because i was never able to use it and will not be able to use it because it expires in ** days .**I am signed up in groupon through Facebook and my name is Lander Aramendi. The groupon I am referring to is the week of parking at smart-park @ JFK airport
