Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I hope I get a reply this time! *Last Monday I received o*n*OR********Ref************xcallistemon *ltr pots *******On account number *********These plants are almost dead (photos if you need them) there is no way I would plant them in my garden, they have some disease! The leaves are grey and dropping off the red blooms are brown! These were bough as a present and I am so dissatisfied! I will require a full refund! I will return the plants if nessesary but will need pre paid postage! Please respond to this email!!
