I asked Groupon to delete my account because someone kept hacking into it and buying Sam’s club memberships. So after many months I’m trying to reset my account and it says my email (both of them *****@***.com and *****@***.com) are already being used. So is someone still using my account? When I try to open a new one it says I can’t because the email is in use and when I try to change password it sends me a link and when I enter email address it says it can’t.
GetHuman-slagillf did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
