I purchased two separate Groupons for oil changes, intending to use one in San Jose before a trip. However, I was unexpectedly hospitalized, causing a delay. When I tried to use the expired voucher for credit at the location, they informed me they no longer accepted Groupons. Groupon promised a credit, but when I tried to purchase another oil change voucher, I was charged full price. Customer service claimed to have emailed me, but I never received it. On top of that, both Groupons show as redeemed, despite me not using them. It seems my account is mixed up with someone else's, as I see a different name and password when I log in. I have tried to resolve this over email with no success, and I am worried about a breach of my information. I request a refund for both Groupons and to unlink this account from any other.

On May 30, [redacted], I bought a $50 Groupon for eyelash extensions at Glamour Lashes ([redacted]), promising $[redacted] worth of services valid until September [redacted]. When calling today, an Asian woman informed me they no longer accept Groupons and directed me to contact Groupon for a refund. This is my first Groupon purchase in years, and reaching Groupon by phone is no longer an option. Frustrating! As the salon won't honor the voucher, I request a $50 refund promptly. Thank you for your assistance! - Rita Page

On June 5th, I bought 11 Go Explore DC passes via Groupon DC for $[redacted]. Although I received a confirmation email from Groupon, I couldn't find the voucher for my passes when I checked my account. I reached out to Groupon's customer service via email and a representative replied on June 6th, requesting more information. I promptly replied with all the details. The transaction was pending on my VISA initially and then cleared on Wednesday. I am currently in Baltimore with limited access to a printer until tomorrow morning. If I don't get assistance soon, I plan to dispute the charge on my VISA by 11:00 AM DC time tomorrow and buy the passes directly from Go Explore instead. The charge for the 11 passes has been posted to my VISA, but I'm unable to utilize them as the vouchers are not visible in my account. I urgently need a resolution to this issue.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a makeup class from a salon named Astoria. However, the contact number provided on the Groupon page led me to no response after multiple attempts. Visiting the salon today, I discovered that the girl named Emily, who posted the deal, hasn't worked there for four years. I am seeking a refund of $34 charged to my American Express card for the $75 class. Please contact me for a confirmation of the refund at the provided details. Thank you, Robin Hall.

I am a loyal customer, and I find it puzzling that a large company like Groupon lacks live customer service representatives available for direct contact. I prefer to address my concerns privately and wish to speak with a live representative to resolve my current issues swiftly. Not everyone is comfortable with written communication and prefers immediate support from a person. I have concerns regarding my refunds and an order I placed and would appreciate speaking to someone directly instead of having to explain everything in writing. I value privacy, and I trust that Groupon can offer the assistance I need promptly and discreetly. Thank you for your attention, a faithful customer.

I am seeking a full refund for the two 60-minute massages I purchased from Royal Care Spa at [redacted] N. Main St. in Walnut Creek, CA through Groupon. I had scheduled an appointment for today, June 9, [redacted], at 1pm but upon arrival, they refused the Groupon and claimed I hadn't booked an appointment. The actual establishment doesn't match the photos on the website; it appears small and unclean with only an ATM in the waiting area. During my interaction with an employee, a man hastily exited a massage room upon seeing me. Upon reading online reviews, other women have faced similar service denials despite having appointments. The business seems suspicious, possibly engaging in illegal activities. I urge Groupon to refund my purchases and remove this questionable spa from its listings to prevent further customers from being duped.

I redeemed my Groupon on 6/8 but had a terrible experience at the spa. They contacted me multiple times to change my appointment and then upon arrival, they informed me they no longer had an esthetician. The massage therapist improvised the facial treatment as she lacked cucumbers and experience. During the facial, she couldn't perform extractions due to closed pores and mentioned their steamer was broken. The service was subpar, just applying a mask and cream. The entire process was disappointing and not worth the money. This establishment should not be promoting these services without the necessary staff and equipment. From scheduling to the actual treatment, their professionalism was lacking.

I purchased a vacation package for DR Punta Cana through Groupon. I purchased airplane tickets for my family of four, including my 11 and 10-year-old kids. Unfortunately, we missed three flights and spent hours at the airport due to overbooked flights during Mother's Day in DR. My youngest daughter was upset and crying. I contacted the resort immediately and reached out to Groupon for a refund of the $[redacted] I paid. Despite my efforts since May 25th, I have yet to receive any response or refund. Additionally, our luggage was lost on the day of the flight as it was loaded onto a different plane headed to DR.

I bought three tickets for King's Island from Groupon for $[redacted] for June 9th. When we arrived, we were told the vouchers were invalid. Despite contacting managers and Max Alvarez from Viator, who provided the same vouchers, King's Island still wouldn't accept them. I ended up purchasing three more tickets, losing my initial payment. Mr. Alvarez mentioned contacting you for a refund. My booking reference number is BR-[redacted]07. The manager indicated she would email you as she's worried about similar situations occurring. I'm hopeful to receive a prompt response from you. Thanks, Paula Pedrotty.

Hello, My husband and I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for Flight Trampoline Park to celebrate our son's birthday. We were excited to get a great deal and had been looking forward to the visit. However, we were surprised to find out that the location specified in the email was in a different state. We did not realize this when making the purchase and would like to cancel the incorrect order to book the one we intended. Our plans are set for next Thursday, and we would appreciate a quick resolution to this issue. The order number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I apologize for the delay in addressing this issue. I have been under the care of a doctor due to a health problem. Recently, I discovered a charge on my Groupon account for $32.01 dated May 29th at 12 a.m. The description on the charge is "hitz4ulalc" and it appears to be related to Loveland, Ohio in the USA. I did not authorize this payment and I am unsure of its nature. I am reaching out to Groupon in hopes of resolving this matter and receiving a refund promptly. Any assistance you can provide on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon deal for $55 on April 30th, [redacted], for eyelash extensions. My scheduled appointment was on May 14th, [redacted]. During the appointment, the service provider mentioned I only needed to pay a tip, which felt unusual since tipping is typically discretionary. I agreed to a $5 tip but was informed they only accepted $10 as the minimum. I reluctantly paid $10, thinking $5 was for that visit and $5 for the next. The Groupon included a free refill appointment, scheduled for May 29th, [redacted]. Due to a busy schedule, I forgot about it, and when I inquired about rescheduling, I was told there were no available slots. After three weeks, I followed up, only to be informed they don't schedule appointments beyond two weeks. The communication gap between the staff and clients became apparent. The owner, Gemma, insisted on proof of cancellation, causing confusion and leading to the denial of the remaining service. As a Groupon customer, I now seek a refund for the unsatisfactory experience.

I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute massage that expires on June 27. Unfortunately, I'm in urgent need of this massage due to the recent passing of my mother on May 26, causing severe tension in my back. The listed phone number for the company is disconnected, and the website link provided is not working, which suggests that the company has vanished after taking our money. Kindly process a refund for this order promptly. It's disheartening to see that the company you contracted with has disappeared, leaving customers without the service we paid for. Please provide compensation for this inconvenience. I'd appreciate a resolution as soon as possible and would like to be informed of the refund process and any compensatory measures.

I purchased a Groupon 90 days ago and went to use it before it expired at Victory Fitness. However, the management team told me I couldn't redeem it because I was a previous member in [redacted]. I purchased the Groupon for the discounted price and now wish to get a refund instead of investing in another membership. Is it possible to receive a refund for the Groupon even though it's been over three days since purchase? I used the Groupon before it expired, assuming there wouldn't be any problems. Thank you!

I received an order today that was marked as final sale, but the item I received is not the dress I had ordered. I am very disappointed as this is not what I expected at all. I believe I am entitled to a refund in this situation. The discrepancy in what was advertised and what was received is unacceptable. I tried contacting you before with no response, so please reach out to me either by phone or email. I need a return label to send the incorrect item back. It's essential to maintain the quality of products being sold on your platform. I hope you can address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I have initiated the trade-in process for my expired Gigi's Cupcakes Groupon. My intention is to use my Groupon bucks to repurchase the same deal. The current price remains at $13, the same as my initial purchase. However, upon trying to make the purchase, I receive an error message stating, "The order exceeds the purchase maximum for this deal" on the mobile site. On the app, a message appears, "There is not enough quantity able to satisfy this order." Initially, I suspected the extra dollar off deal last night may have caused the issue by not utilizing the full Groupon bucks amount, but even after the price has returned to normal today, I am still encountering these problems. With just a few days left to trade in my expired Groupon, I seek assistance with this issue.

I have a voucher for an American Laser Crafts personalized aluminum luggage tag from Groupon, but I'm struggling to redeem it online. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been successful in placing my order. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service number to seek assistance directly. It would be greatly appreciated if Groupon could reach out to me to resolve this issue promptly. My name is R.G., and you can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I value Groupon as a loyal customer over the years, and I hope to resolve this matter swiftly to continue our positive relationship.

I have a Groupon for carpet cleaning with "Eco Green" that expires on August 2. For the past 3 to 4 weeks, I've tried to schedule an appointment with them, but each time I call, I receive a message stating they can't take my call due to a high volume of calls. I have left multiple messages and sent an email requesting a call back, but have not received any response. Today, I tried calling again, but their message box was full. I am incredibly frustrated and would like to receive credit for my Groupon so I can use it with a different carpet cleaning company. It's disappointing that "Eco Green" is not responsive to customers with Groupons.

I bought two Groupons from Amazing Hands Massage in Birmingham, Alabama for Christmas. The Groupon codes are LG-FP39-925X-JTM7-N1LG and LG-4G9W-71PN-T432-PCYP, priced at $99.00 each. Unfortunately, when I tried to book, I found out the owner, who is also the only masseuse, injured her wrist and will be unavailable for a while. After reaching out, she informed me she re-injured her wrist and might need surgery. Hence, she won't be able to provide services indefinitely. She mentioned keeping Groupon updated, but advised me to contact them for a refund.

I am requesting a refund of $69. I recently went to Deka Lash and I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my eyelashes. They were not done correctly, and when I returned to the facility, they were unable to fix the issue. This experience was completely not worth my $69. Please refund the payment to my card ending in [redacted]. I spoke to Jennifer today from Deka Lash and she agreed with my refund and advised me to contact Groupon. Thank you.
