I ordered * separate oil change groupons ,* in san jose before a cross country trip i was making. I was delayed in returning due to being hospitalized. The voucher expired but it had said I could use the amount I paid towards future services at that location however upon trying to do so they told me they no longer honor the Groupon I contacted someone at Groupon me that the amount of money that I had paid would go on to a credit for a future Groupon purchase. I was going to use that credit to buy another oil change voucher however when I ordered it my bank card was charged again for the full I sent an email someone replied asking did I get her email I did not she didn't even number games I attempted to get the Groupon printed out to use for an oil change in Scotts Valley however it is showing both of my Groupons as being redeemed I have not used either of these I did notice when I log onto my Groupon it automatically pulls up someone named Mika Peterson and shows her password and I believe that they sent my Groupons to her and I would like my money back for both of these Groupons and I want this account disassociated for my own. I again sent emails to which I got no reply. There has obviously been a. Breach of information on my account*Im concerned this other person has access to my banking information i want someone to call me immediately at ***-***-****.
