Help with my Groupon issue
The issue in GetHuman-donnaon's own words
Purchase one of each product. ... There was a delay for two of four purchases I made on June *th and the next day the two that were delayed charged me twice for each. I want to keep one of each deal and would like one of each of the two doubled deals refunded. One is Jazzercise and the other is Pamela at Studio **. Donna Davis, *****@***.com
There was a *** hr delay and then two products were charged twice on my cc, so I am out twice the price.
Please cancel and refund the two double charges. Please leave me with one of each. Thank you.
I am not new to Groupon.
I sent emails and reauests to Groupon to correct the error. Still waiting.
