I went to purchase the Kids' Amu*****t Park Package which was $**.** and used the promo code TAKE** which worked to get the price down to just over $**. It seemed to accept this but later nothing came through. I realized that I had used an expired saved credit card so I updated everything to the correct card but it appeared I needed to complete the purchase again. The promo code wouldn't take this time though claiming "I already used it" which I obviously did not as the first didn't go through. I ended up purchasing this by mistake for $**.**. I simply want the promo code TAKE** to be applied. So, I'm asking to be refunded **% of the total. Please refund me $**.** to my card. Thank you.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
