My ** year old mother bought me a Groupon ** minutes drive from my apartment. I made an appointment, got there, parked, thought I was in the wrong place as there was no signage in a very busy strip mall. Left saw the next address was wrong & called to ask where exactly was this office. I came back & showed him the email he was rude & said this is not the right thing. I called my mother who was not in her apartment & got her password couldn't load the app on my phone (this was *pm on a Friday). He was rude & impatient. I told him I was having problems with my phone and thought I saw a T-Mobile he said it was **' away. Hedidn't say I have to be gone by such-and-such time or you only have this much time to install it. By the time I got back he was gone, no call, no walking **' to tell me. I called out to the treatment area to a woman I heard she said I'm busy I have nothing to do with him, you're going to have to call him his cell phone I said he didn't give me his cell phone. I said is he gone for the day? She said yes. I felt humiliated. I do not feel I was treated with respect & civility. This treatment is fairly intimate & I would no longer feel comfortable with him touching me. I would like a credit to use toward another groupon. My cell is ***-***-**** if you would like to speak to me personally, which I would appreciate.
