I purchased a few Groupons. *)I purchased a groupon for * Brazilian waxings, in December but it never showed in my Groupons. I assumed purchase didn't go through, and I went on to other things. I received an email, saying it expires in a few days (now today). I made the decision to cancel it. I sent an email to cancel but, just got groupon emails asking about their service, and if I'm satisfied. NO! I'M NOT! It hasn't been cancelled. *) I bought * groupons for pure barrel in new Tampa. I should have bought * for myself, and * as a gift for a guest. I've spent hours just trying to correct this, and still it's not done. *There's no button to live chat. Everything is a research project on this site, and customer service emails take * days. Who designed this?*I just want to cancel and correct these issues.
