I purchased the Salsa Fest ticket as a gift for my stepdad not knowing my name was going to be on the ID. The ticket was $*** and I’d like to put his name on it. I contacted customer service and they stated there is nothing I can do. I don’t want to throw it away. Is there someone I call or a way to fix this?
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
