I got a Groupon voucher for carpet cleaning and when I call to make appointment the person that told me that if there's a dirty spot on my carpet they would charge me extra and if I refuse pay they would not clean the room at all. what type of business is this? the reason I bought the Groupon so I can have my carpet clean, if my carpet already clean then I do not need to get this voucher. *I would like to have my money back
