Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased * tickets to go to Catalina Island because it was labled "valid any day". So in order to make reservation, I viewed all my vouchers to get the codes. However, on the only day I was available, the boat was full, therefore I couldn't use the codes. Because it didn't work when they said it was available ANY DAY, I want to be refunded of my purchase. I couldn't find a way to get the refund (maybe because I opened the vouchers), but I did not use the codes and am not planning to use those codes in the future. I would like a full refund on the * tickets that I purchased and could not use due to the problems of groupon (or Catalina island).
GetHuman-shinhsun did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
