Help with my Groupon issue

The issue in GetHuman-helenkag's own words
I was trying to exchange ("trade") for the exact same products. I "traded" all my (**) expired groupons, but my CC on file was charged again for each transaction!! ... You offered to trade my expired groupons for PrinterPix (I had ** unused groupons). On June *nd I bought the exact same products, one-by-one from PrinterPix under the impression that I am "trading" my expired groupons as it was offered, but... you charged my CC instead of doing trades!!! I just checked my Chase VISA and discovered that on June*nd I was billed for $*** !!! I didn't authorized these charges!!! I was just doing "trades" as I was advised. I was completely unaware of this charges, otherwise I'd request a refund immediately. What was going on ?? PLEASE help with this crazy situation!!
It was especially frustrating BECAUSE I should have not been charged twice for the same products!!! * - a "trade-in" value of each item, and on top of that - billing my CC for the SAME products!!
Cancel double charging, Issue me a refund of $*** (additional charge!), keep all my new with PrinterPix that were "traded" (exact same products as originally purchased)
I've been a VERY good and loyal customer since the very opening of Groupon !
tried to call, tried to chat, tried to email - NO results!
