I am upset frustrated I called for customer and was directed to go on line. This is really bad bad service it took up all my time trying to find the right link to go to.
It can be resolved by giving me a full refund and providing better customer service and products to the consumers. The purse I purschase smelled so bad it got me sick yes that bad as if someone took a dump in it.. Smell it yourself..
