My Groupon will not come up in my account...it keeps giving me a message that "An unknown problem has occurred. Please try again.....with * selections: "Retry" or "Cancel". *This has been happening for over a week now and I knew my Groupon was about to expire...****** I believe should be the expiration date. It was for G*. I went to the location on Friday *** and my Groupon wouldn't come up, it again gave me the message above. It was a special cosmic jump event night though and my Groupon wasn't valid anyways. I was able to get the details on the Groupon I purchased via an emailed I saved and realized I had to use it Monday-Thursday, not on any special event times . So, I went again Monday, ***, and again it would not pull up. This is my second email on this issue. The *st being ***, no response. Ues, I have been checking my spam*trash folders to make sure I am not missing any communications from you guys. Your customer service phone * didn't work of course, since u are an online company that is primarily app based. I am pretty upset since your app has been so very reliable in the past. I hope you can reach out and try to remmide the situation to the best of your abilities. I have not only lost the money I paid for my Groupon, I have also paid to visit the business I bought the Groupon from in the first place twice in the past week. I know that's my choice, but I just want it noted that I am a customer that benefits both Groupon and the business (G* in this case).
