Bought an ifly ticket for my grandaughter then a couple weeks later i tried to buy another one for myself to fly with her and (even after chating with and being ***ured by their live chat to make sure i was just being charged for *) i was charged for * any way and it over drew my account which cost to much to fix. So i contacted their live chat again and asked for a refund on both cause i could no longer afford it they said ok but even tho it took them minutes to take the money from my account it was gonna take up to ten business days to get it back. Then they only refunded me for * instead of both now i just want all my money back now there's a couple days til expires n i havent been able to get thru to live chat cause its unavailable. How convenient
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
