I need to cancel (get a refund) this Groupon, I set up an appointment and the provider continuous changing the appointment to her convenience and I got to the point that I cannot agree to another appointment.Today was my appointment and she wanted to change the time but I already have other commitment. I rather get my money back.*My number is ***-***-****
