Tried getting a Return Label to return the item and get a refund ... I asked for a return label for an item I ordered *****-******-******. A ticket was opened which still has not been resolved. Areware is requesting that I ship the item to them. I am requesting a refund and I need to now who the refund the money. I am willing to send the item back but I need to know about the refund.
